  • Build effective working relationships across legal, business, and technology teams to drive alignment, execution, and operational adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Firm's legal transformation efforts.
  • Represent the Firm in select external forums related to legal AI, emerging technologies, and practice transformation, and apply relevant market insights to the Firm's strategy and operations.

  • Collaborate with lawyers, client teams, and business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and high-value AI use cases across legal practices.
  • Redesign legal workflows and service delivery processes to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and client value.
  • Lead the implementation and operational scaling of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring initiatives move beyond pilots into sustainable day-to-day use within legal practice groups.
  • Develop repeatable operating models, governance approaches, and adoption strategies that enable successful integration of AI into legal work.
  • Establish metrics and operational KPIs to evaluate adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact, and continuously refine solutions based on results and user feedback.

AI Adoption & Workflow Enablement

  • Develop practical enablement approaches that help lawyers and client teams successfully adopt AI-supported processes within day-to-day legal practice.
  • Design and deliver user guidance, training materials, and adoption support resources that encourage effective and responsible use of AI tools within legal service delivery.
  • Gather user feedback and adoption insights to help refine enablement strategies, improve usability, and support continuous enhancement of AI-integrated processes.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • Partner with Risk, Information Security, and relevant legal teams to ensure AI-enabled workflows align with Firm policies, client confidentiality requirements, and regulatory obligations.
