Praescient Analytics is a leader in delivering advanced analytic, data engineering, and technology integration solutions in support of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. They are seeking a high-impact Data Scientist, Team Lead to drive mission execution and provide technical leadership in the automation of processes and integration of advanced analytics into large datasets.
Responsibilities:
• Drive process automation and the application of sophisticated data analytics to large, disparate datasets to enable rapid intelligence production.
• Act as a key communicator between technical and non-technical partners, ensuring advanced analytic projects are translated into mission success.
• Lead and participate in rigorous peer review processes, applying best practices and novel methodological approaches to enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and status reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project planning and line management.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and create intervention strategies to resolve bottlenecks and meet client-satisfaction goals.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Experience managing the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, driving team performance, and mentoring junior staff.
