Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
- Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
- Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
- Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
- Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
