Job Summary

The Manager, Executive Operations & Hospitality for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Vinik Sports Group (VSG) serves as a key support partner to the CEO, executive leadership team and ownership group. This roleis responsible forcoordinating executive operations, coordinating hospitality experiences for ownership and VIP guests, supporting corporate events, andassistingwith special projects across Vinik Sports Group. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will playan important rolein creating exceptional experiences for ownership, executives, employees, and guests while ensuring seamless day-to-day support for executive leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ownership & Corporate Hospitality

  • Assistwith hospitality needs for ownership, executives, partners, and VIP guests.
  • Welcome and escort guests during games, events, and special engagements, as necessary.
  • Coordinate corporate suite hospitality and guest experiences.
  • Manage and fulfill ownership and executive ticket requests.
  • Assistwith executive and ownership gifting programs, including holiday gifts, recognition items, and special occasion gifts.
  • Serve as a resource to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout Vinik Sports Group events.

Corporate Events & Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of company-wide events.
  • Coordinate vendors,logistics, event materials, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Help create memorable employee and guest experiences that reflect the culture and values of Vinik Sports Group.

Executive Support

  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for executives as needed.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports, invoices, and related administrative documentation for executive leadership.
  • Prepare meeting materials, assist with executive communications, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Support the administrative and operational needs of the executive leadership team.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs, prioritize competing requests, and drive timely completion of administrative and operational activities with a strong sense of urgency.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in executive support, sports and entertainment, hospitality, event coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with executives, ownership, partners, and key stakeholders while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify priorities, and proactively execute solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions
