Cole Buick GMC is a successful, family-owned dealership with a consistently profitable service department. We’re looking for a proven Service Director who can build on that success and take our customer experience, team culture, and profitability to the next level.
Compensation: $165,000+ With Significant Upside
- $165,000 baseline annual compensation
- Additional earnings tied directly to improved department profitability
- The more you improve the department’s net profit, the more you earn
We’re looking for a leader who can make a meaningful difference—and we believe that person should share financially in the results they create.
