  • Develop business cases and investment proposals supported by strategic analysis, financial rigor, operational feasibility, and implementation planning.

  • Identify local market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth strategies to drive organizational performance and market expansion.

  • Oversee execution of strategic initiatives, partnering with operational, clinical, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes.

  • Monitor strategic, financial, and operational performance metrics; identify risks and implement corrective actions to achieve targeted results.

  • Serve as a key liaison between entity leadership and enterprise strategy teams, ensuring governance compliance and alignment on priorities, investments, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate across clinical, operational, financial, research, and planning teams to integrate strategy into decision-making and daily operations.

  • Drive enterprise-wide alignment through portfolio governance, stage-gate processes, and value realization frameworks.

  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in multi-entity health systems, academic medical centers, or oncology-focused organizations.

  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into execution, measurable results, and organizational performance improvements.

  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, business case development, investment planning, performance management, and healthcare market analysis.

  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating across executive, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders in complex matrixed environments.
