Position Title: Director of Sales Operations - High-Growth MCA Industry
A rapidly growing alternative lending and business funding firm is seeking aDirector of Sales Operations to lead and scale a high-performance sales team. The company provides fast working capital, revenue-based financing, and business lines of credit to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. They specialize in same-day approvals and funding within 24-48 hours, helping business owners cover payroll, equipment purchases, expansion, and other critical operational needs.
The organization has already funded $100M+ to businesses and is now entering its next stage of growth, requiring a proven sales leader from the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) / business funding space to elevate performance and production. While Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and business funding experience are strongly preferred, the company will also consider exceptional sales leaders from other high-volume, KPI-driven inside sales environments who have a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
Salary Range:
  • Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 DOE
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K - $300K+
  • Monthly performance bonuses tied to team production and revenue growth
  • Earnings increase based on the success of the team you develop

Director of Sales Operations Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales representatives
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings, call reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Improve scripts, follow-up processes, and closing strategies
  • Work alongside the team on live deals to improve close rates and pipeline movement.
  • Hold sales representatives accountable to daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Optimize CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline management

  • Increase average revenue per representative and deal volume across the sales floor.
