Compensation and Benefits

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers handling residential and commercial reconstruction projects
  • Oversee job progress from intake to final delivery with a focus on quality and timelines
  • Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction from planning through completion
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align operations with organizational goals
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and reliability

Director of Construction Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing both construction projects and personnel
