Job description

Overview

We are seeking a sharp, self-directed Relocation Coordinator to manage referral flow and relationships for our Relocation Services team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for new referrals, act as the link between our agents and referral partners, and play a key role in driving our conversion results.

Reporting to the Director of Relocation, the ideal candidate will operate with a high degree of independence — quick to learn, confident in their decision-making, and equally comfortable seeking guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new referrals and transferee calls from initial contact through placement
  • Assign referrals to agents, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent follow-through
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agents and referral partners, treating both as valued clients
  • Own key performance metrics, understanding their significance and working to improve conversion over time
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising quality or timelines
  • Address agent and customer concerns, ensuring expectations remain aligned throughout the process

Qualifications:

  • Self-sufficient and quick to learn, balanced with the good judgment to ask questions when it counts
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in person
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Real estate or relocation industry experience is a plus, but not required.
