Job description

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary leader and authority for the customer journey across both Armetco and Alumination divisions. This role ensures a seamless, high-quality experience from initial engagement through project completion, maintaining ultimate accountability for client satisfaction, project management excellence, and design integrity within the two divisions.


Core Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Management
  • Lead: Provide strategic leadership to the Customer Experience, Project Management, and Design teams, fostering a culture of excellence, proactive communication, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage: Oversee daily operations of the project management lifecycle for both Armetco and Alumination to ensure departmental goals align with overall corporate objectives.

  • Accountability: Take full ownership of departmental outcomes, ensuring all team members meet performance metrics and deliver on client promises.

Customer Experience Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across both Armetco and Alumination divisions, identifying touchpoints for improvement and standardizing service excellence.

  • Act as the high-level point of contact for key client relationships, resolving complex issues and ensuring long-term partner loyalty.

  • Implement customer feedback to measure satisfaction and drive data-informed process enhancements.


Divisional Project Management Oversight
  • Manage the Project Management teams for both Armetco and Alumination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

  • Own the project budget submittal process and project financial tracking to ensure divisional revenue goals are consistently met.

  • Monitor project health, resource allocation, and budget adherence to mitigate risks before they impact the client.

  • Set production and shipping deadlines for the production teams.

  • Forecast project revenue and billing in advance as required by leadership, ensuring high levels of accuracy in revenue target attainment.

Design Management (Armetco Division)
  • Manage the Design department for the Armetco division, ensuring technical accuracy, manufacturability, and aesthetic alignment with client expectations.

  • Facilitate seamless integration between the Design and Project Management teams to reduce reworks and streamline the submittal process.

  • Ensure design outputs meet all relevant architectural specifications and quality benchmarks prior to fabrication.

Process Improvement & Culture
  • Embody and promote the company’s core values, fostering culture within the Project Management and Design environments that allows team members to Thrive.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, driving cost savings and increasing overall throughput capacity.
