About the Role:

The Director of Lab is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and the implementation of innovative technologies to advance laboratory capabilities. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional development.
