Overview

We're seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and business growth across our multi-site network.


This remote position requires 70% travel throughout California and the Pacific Northwest to ensure hands-on leadership and support at each location. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and client service standards across all clinics.


Responsibilities

As Regional Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across California and the Pacific Northwest. Your leadership will directly impact:

  • Financial Performance - Optimize operations across a substantial portfolio while identifying growth opportunities and improving profitability
  • Team Excellence - Develop and elevate hospital managers and their teams, creating a pipeline of talent and fostering high engagement across 12 locations
