JOB FUNCTION
Direct and coordinate activities on business and departments related to revenue, production delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overall site operations, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Continuous organization development (people, system, facility, etc.) to meet customer demand or business growth
  • Bridge communication and facilitate project launch among all customers
  • Work with customers to strategize & implement high level initiatives & focuses
  • Business exploration and advanced technologies development, inclusive automation initiatives.
  • Responsible of factory P/L. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.


QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing.
  • Extensive experience on SMT/ PCMA/SI products is desirable.

SKILLS

  • Good personnel management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
