We're looking for a Director of Operations who can lead with confidence, improve processes, champion compliance, and help drive the success of a growing title operation. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy, people leadership, technology, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Director of Operations, you'll be the engine behind the scenes that keeps everything running efficiently and compliantly across multiple offices.

You'll:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth and scalability

  • Create consistency and best practices across all office locations

  • Lead and oversee all Policy Department operations, ensuring policies are prepared, issued, and delivered accurately and on time

  • Tackle complex title, escrow, and closing challenges while minimizing operational risk

  • Ensure compliance with underwriting requirements and industry regulations

  • Manage compliance with Texas Department of Insurance guidelines

  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits

  • Supervise the Escrow Software Manager and support technology initiatives

  • Serve as the bridge between operations, IT, and software providers

  • Oversee escrow office licensing and regulatory filings

  • Manage notary commissions, renewals, and compliance requirements

  • Lead new employee onboarding, system access setup, and operational training

  • Maintain company insurance policies and bonds

  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery

  • A college degree and at least 7 years of title industry experience

  • 5+ years leading multi-department title operations

  • Strong understanding of Texas Department of Insurance requirements

  • Experience managing audits and underwriter relationships

  • Proficiency in RamQuest and SoftPro

  • Current Escrow Officer license or the ability to obtain one through the Texas Department of Insurance
