The Yanowitz Law Firm is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations who can help build the systems, structure, and clarity to support our next level of growth.

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the firm
  • Develop, document, and refine operational systems and SOPs

Team Development & Support
  • Provide clear guidance and structure to team members
