DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)

JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for nursing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and clinical excellence across nursing services.

POSITION DETAILS

• Specialty: Director of Nursing (DON)
• Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
• Start Date: 03 August 2026
• End Date: 28 September 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License preferred
• Previous Director of Nursing or Nursing Leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
