Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional language support for client interactions (remote and/or on-site depending on location and request type).
  • Communicate accurately, clearly, and respectfully while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Confirm availability promptly and follow assignment instructions and guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and timely communication with TLD throughout each assignment.

What We are looking for:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one additional language (all languages encouraged).
  • Experience: Interpreting or language-services experience is a plus but not required.
  • Key Traits: Reliability, professionalism, strong communication skills, and responsiveness.
  • Technical Readiness (for remote requests): Ability to take calls/video meetings with stable internet and a quiet environment (preferred).
