Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Data Analyst to support our Data Science team in the expansion and ongoing development of our data infrastructure. This role will build and maintain automated pipelines across multiple CRMs and deliver reporting support across Power BI and Looker. Reporting directly to the Data Scientist Manager, this position plays a critical part in the growth and implementation of our technological systems. The ideal candidate can work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment spanning operations, finance, clinical, and administrative teams. We're looking for someone who remains calm under pressure and takes full ownership of the application lifecycle. The right candidate brings genuine enthusiasm for learning and staying current with new tools and technologies, actively pursues opportunities for professional growth, and contributes to a positive, supportive team culture.

Requirements:


  • Work with the data science team to design, build, and maintain integrations between core systems (SFTP-based data exchanges), ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Monitor data integration health; identify, diagnose, and resolve sync errors, failed loads, and data mismatches
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate
  • Create documentation and develop best practices for integration workflows, data processes, and system architecture
  • Support and maintain Power BI dashboards and Looker extracts used for KPI and payer analytics reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify process improvements, define data and reporting needs, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals, operational workflows, and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Python — needed to build and maintain API integrations, transform data between systems, and automate recurring data pulls (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in information technology, data analytics, technical support, systems administration, or a comparable technical role will be considered.
  • Proficiency in querying and manipulating data using SQL. Possess the functional knowledge of subqueries, window and analytic functions, regular expressions (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with data integration tools/methods (REST APIs, SFTP, ETL scripting) connecting disparate systems
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data-related issues across integrated systems
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and ETL processes
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation for data integration workflows and processes
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional/non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently but able to ask questions to fully understand the context and business question asked and how answering it will make a difference.
