Job Summary:

They are seeking a Cyber Security Director responsible for managing a team of Cyber Security engineers, conducting risk analysis, and developing IT security policies and procedures across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Management of a team of Cyber Security engineers
• Proficient in conducting risk vs business impact analysis
• Cyber forensic & threat analysis
• Prioritizing threat alerts & response (Alerting, management, remediation)
• Recommend & assist in the implementation of security hardening methodologies
• Oversight of numerous security platforms (SIEM, EDR, Etc.)
• Ability to work as a leader, team member, and sole contributor
• Develop, design and improve IT security policies, procedures & processes across the enterprise
• Collaborate with other departments to identify needs that can be met while keeping the environment secure
• Implementation of major system changes and integrations following the corporate change management policies
• Perform security access audits and develop/implement remediation plans
• Serve as liaison between staff and the security team to resolve security related issues
• Review daily released Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures and assess against internal systems
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of prior relevant experience
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in a Cyber Security related expertise
• People Management & Leadership experience
• Cyber Security certification(s) (CISSP / CISA / CEH)
• Experience presenting to and working with executive leadership
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity framework standards and best practices
