This position will have a combination of managing field service techs, daily project management responsibilities, operational responsibilities, as well as the delivery of key projects working within the Collins Aerospace entities around the world.  This position reports to the Associate Director of Site Services.  The successful candidate will have strong organization, customer service, and communication skills with a background of delivering infrastructure projects of varying technologies in an enterprise environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Network Printing, End User technologies, and Mobility management platforms is required.

** The candidate is required to be onsite at: Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico**

**Travel to other sites in the region may be required based on business needs**

What YOU will do:

  • Maintain relationship with site stakeholders.

  • Vendor management.

  • Identify and plan End User Services projects to support strategic and operational requirements for Collins Aerospace. 

  • Deploy world class technology and streamlined processes to enhance the Collins Aerospace Digital environment.

  • Manage several projects at once leveraging contracted teams as needed to implement projects related to infrastructure.

  • Develop, manage and execute projects to maintain software and hardware currency in the computing environment, such as technology refreshes and upgrades.

  • Accountable for service levels, projects and performance related to field service support.

  • Must be okay with travel.

  • Identify, monitor, and update DT Service risks and opportunities within the region to support business and company goals.

  • Continually improve overall end user experience & engagement from executives to all Raytheon employees in the region.

  • Guides continuous improvement efforts.

  • Communicates and drives the adoption of DT technology direction.

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.

  • Must be a U.S Citizen.

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing IT projects involving the implementation of mobility solutions.

  • Demonstrates strong technical aptitude, project management, and communication skills. 

  • Experience and background work with large teams to define and execute IT projects.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 3-5+ years of managing a global End User Services environment.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and innovation. 

  • Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrates ability to perform root cause analyses.

  • Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others. 

  • Site DT Services 

  • Inventory key DT services used at site.

  • Identify issues, work with appropriate service owners to correct.

  • Cost optimization opportunities, work with service owners to execute/track.
