Responsibilities
• Research accounts to identify and resolve issues preventing bill processing.
• Maintain and update account information within company databases.
• Research utility provider changes and ensure accurate database updates.
• Enter new vendor information and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate account discrepancies and implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify inefficient processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform data entry and account maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account-related issues.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling repetitive administrative tasks.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple software systems efficiently.
• Must pass a basic computer literacy assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive administrative, office support, and data entry functions.
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, data entry, or account maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screening (excluding marijuana) and a national background check.
Pay
$15.50 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Day Shift
