Job description

CNC Routing Program Lead
Victory Millwork
Location: Lynden, WA

HOURS: Full-Time, 6:00am- 3:45 pm, M-F
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$24.52-$27.68 DOE


Role: The CNC Routing Program Lead serves as the technical expert and decision-maker for routing operations. This role oversees daily scheduling, creates and maintains CNC programs across multiple machines, and ensures the routing department runs efficiently while meeting safety and quality standards. They will demonstrate ownership through proactive problem solving, SOP development, and close coordination with multiple departments. This person shall reflect the goals and objectives as stated in our Statement of Purpose.


Responsibilities:
To conduct oneself with the highest level of integrity, positively representing the company and employees in a trustworthy, and sincere manner.
Serve as the primary CNC routing subject matter expert.
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling, production, maintenance, sales, and other departments as it relates to router operations.
Support and direct operators and production leads in daily floor decisions.
Manage daily router schedule and distribute work instruction to the production floor.
Assist with creation and oversee management of CNC programs for routers.
Support product development and special projects as assigned by management, including custom routing programs for sales, jamb, and event-related needs.
Create and maintain SOPs for CNC routing processes; work with maintenance and operators to ensure proper daily machine maintenance and timely resolution of troubleshooting issues.

6. Productivity/Initiative: Participates in departmental process improvement. Leads small initiatives. Effective, high-volume producer. Consistently meets or exceeds work deadlines. Seeks new assignments
