Job description

FLORA is a creative company that happens to build software. Our ambition is to build one of the defining creative companies of this era, and to make work that outlives the product itself. We’re searching for a 1 of 1 creative who operates best in environments without constraints or precedent, with only one goal in mind: make it beautiful.

As Creative Producer, you’ll have maximum autonomy and license to pursue ideas that need to exist. You’ll follow your creative instincts from concept to production, and will set the standard for what world-class work looks like in the generative era. Ambitiousness, optimism and fearlessness about what’s possible are absolute must-haves.

You’ll conceive, direct, produce, and ship work across campaigns, films, social, launches, editorial, and cultural experiments. And as one of FLORA’s most demanding users, your workflows, ambitions, and frustrations will also directly shape the creative tools we build, which in turn will be used by millions of creatives.

Your mandate is much larger than just marketing FLORA, so you’ll be working closely with our founder and CEO.

We're looking for people who have
  • World-class work you're proud of, made at an agency, on an in-house team, or under your own name

  • The ability to carry something from idea to beautiful, finished piece quickly and resourcefully

  • Deep fluency in generative creation and genuine conviction in the new creative paradigm

  • Mastery within the traditional creative world, paired with a desire to push beyond their current conventions

  • Strong creative and art direction instincts, alongside practical production ability

  • A strong opinion on both the practice and theory of generative creation, and its place in the history of art

  • The ambition to build a brand people care about, paired with the commercial sense to know what pays for it

About FLORA

FLORA is building the world’s most powerful creative tools. Used by teams at Pentagram, Nike, Prada, Netflix, Red Antler, and more, our ambition is to become a creative tooling company built by creatives to empower the world’s best creative work.
