This is a hybrid role based in Herndon, VA

Our Managing Director will lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives and analytical efforts across Corporate Finance, supporting the Treasurer's priorities across funding, capital allocation, investor positioning, and modernization. This role is responsible for structuring, advancing, and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across Treasury, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, FP&A, and business units, while developing analytical frameworks that inform strategic decision-making and ensuring disciplined execution with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.

Areas of Responsibility:

Enterprise Strategic Initiative Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate finance initiatives including funding strategy, capital structure optimization, and strategic transactions.

Strategy & Analytics Leadership

  • Develop analytical frameworks supporting capital allocation, funding strategy, valuation, and performance measurement. Support securitization, unsecured funding, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis.

Program Management & Governance

  • Establish governance frameworks, manage timelines, track risks, and ensure delivery against objectives.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Drive coordination across Treasury, IR, FP&A, Capital Markets, and business teams.

Executive / Board / Investor Support

  • Support development of materials for ALCO, Board, and investor communications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, or strategic finance
  • Deep expertise in securitization, unsecured funding, and liquidity strategy
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and operate with high degree of autonomy
