Job Summary
Support the Director of Virtual Campus in advancing the operational and strategic goals of the Virtual Campus. This role provides administrative, technical, and student support for online and hybrid learning initiatives while serving as a key resource for faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative functions related to distance learning and Virtual Campus operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students, providing guidance and support for online learning initiatives.
  • Assist with troubleshooting the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide technology support as needed.
  • Serve as the Accessibility Liaison, supporting ADA compliance and accessibility standards in online courses.
  • Support CCM Accelerate initiatives, including student engagement, communications, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and distribute informational materials, surveys, and other communications.
  • Maintain Virtual Campus web content and student resources.
  • Supervise and support student employees.
  • Assist in evaluating educational technologies and recommending software solutions.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty and students.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to enhance online and hybrid student programming.
  • Represent the Virtual Campus on college and state-level committees and participate in departmental initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications - Education
Bachelors required Masters preferred in education, student services, or related fields.
