Pay Range: $22.09 to $28.80
Shift: Overnights
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
One of Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Distribution Centers is in La Crosse, WI. The 485,000 square foot facility supplies products for all 620+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet-Plus Grocery locations. The Distribution Center operates 24/7, 365 days per year with 420+ co-workers on two primary shifts.
Join our Distribution Center crew where you will be responsible for accurately pulling orders in our freezer zone. The position involves using a Power Pallet Rider.
Work Schedule: This is a Full Time position working 4 shifts a week. The shifts begin at 7:30 p.m. to end of shift. This schedule does include weekends, holidays and possible over-time opportunities as well. The following are the shifts we are hiring for:
  1. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.
  2. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
  3. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
  4. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications:
  • Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks

  • Work well alone and with others

  • Possess basic math aptitude

  • Read, understand, and interpret numbers

  • Accurate / detail oriented

  • Work in a fast paced environment

  • Work in a safety conscious environment

  • Adhere to sanitation / hygiene standards

  • Positive attitude and adaptability

  • Prior order selection, Power Pallet Jack and Reach Lift experience is a plus.

Physical qualifications: lift/carry repeatedly up to 60 pounds to 60 inches, 40 pounds to 72 inches, and 20 pounds to 82"; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in -20 - 90+ degree F temperatures.
