Job Description

Amazing Kids Photography is seeking a reliable, energetic, and highly organized On-Site Photography Coordinator to support our preschool Picture Day teams at early childhood education centers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This role is hands-on and takes place directly at schools during Picture Day. The Coordinator works closely with the photography team and school staff to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for children, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Work on-site at schools during Picture Day alongside the photography team
  • Assist with grooming and preparing children for portraits (hair, clothing, positioning, etc.)
  • Help manage and direct the flow of students to ensure an efficient process
  • Coordinate with school staff and teachers throughout the day
  • Assist in capturing ID-style photos
  • Keep children comfortable, calm, and engaged throughout their session
  • Help maintain organized lines and timing to stay on schedule
  • Support basic setup and breakdown of photography stations as needed

Qualifications

  • Must enjoy working with young children
  • Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to schools in the DFW area
  • Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • No photography experience required (training provided)
