Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Centric Brands is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead product innovation and creative direction for its Under Armour Kids Division. This role will shape the creative strategy, drive trend-forward design, identify white space opportunities, and elevate brand storytelling through collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They will partner closely with design teams, brand leads, and divisional leadership to ensure creative excellence and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Product Innovation
-Define and lead the creative vision across Under Armour Kids Division.
-Drive product innovation through trend research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
-Inspire and guide design teams to deliver compelling, brand-right collections that resonate with the customer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative strategies.
- Align with each brand's product process calendar to ensure timely and strategic creative input.
- Partner with divisional leadership to support brand growth and differentiation.
Trend Research & White Space Identification
- Conduct ongoing research into kids' fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends.
- Identify white space opportunities tailored to each brand's unique positioning and customer base.
- Curate and share seasonal trend reports and visual inspiration across teams.
Visual Merchandising & Photo Collection
- Collect and analyze shopping photos across divisions to inform design and merchandising strategies.
- Maintain a visual library of competitive and aspirational brand imagery to support creative development.
Marketing Elevation & AI Integration
- Collaborate with marketing teams and licensors to elevate brand storytelling through compelling visuals, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Ensure creative alignment with licensor brand guidelines while driving innovation and differentiation within the Kids Division.
- Partner on marketing strategies that support licensed product launches, retail activations, and digital engagement.
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance creative workflows, trend forecasting, and customer engagement.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
-10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within kids' fashion, sportswear or performance.
-Proven track record of driving product innovation and brand elevation.
-Deep understanding of design processes, trend forecasting, and customer behavior in the kids' market.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
-Experience working with AI tools in creative or marketing contexts is a plus.

Salary Range: $225,000-$300,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
