WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with team members to implement business logic and application features
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate within an Agile team environment across multiple squads
  • Engage in ongoing learning to gain familiarity with system architecture and business workflows
  • Support and accelerate modernization and cloud migration initiatives
  • Begin contributing to development tasks and user stories within the first few months
  • Become a reliable contributor across multiple applications and help drive modernization efforts long-term
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development

  • Experience or familiarity with Spring Boot (or similar frameworks)
  • Experience or familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular preferred)
  • Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and DevOps concepts
  • Experience working on full-stack applications is a plus
  • Coursework or exposure to distributed systems or streaming tools (e.g., Flink) is a plus
  • Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and open to feedback
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX (hybrid schedule: Tues-Thurs)
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth based on performance and business needs
  • 401(k) matching plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Health Savings Account and Dependent Care FSA
  • Supplemental coverage options
  • 6 paid holidays and paid time off
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with virtual counseling, financial and legal services, and life coaching
