Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of project or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in Java-based software development, including direct experience acting as a technical lead.
  • Experience overseeing the end-to-end planning, implementation, and delivery of complex business application components.
  • Deep knowledge and direct expertise with modern project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
 Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern integration patterns.
  • Experience partnering with DevOps to drive CI/CD pipeline robustness, containerization, deployment automation, and observability.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Highly effective written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical or sensitive information clearly across multi-time zone and multi-location teams.
 About the job:

Joining a prominent, industry-leading investment management organization, you will have the opportunity to actively develop and implement code, participate in comprehensive learning activities, and apply your unique abilities within a strengths-based corporate culture.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical risks early and proactively drive resolutions through collaboration with architects, developers, QA, SRE/DevOps, and partner teams.
  • Guide engineering teams through dependency management, component integration, environmental readiness, and continuous improvement around sprint execution and release management.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform engineering teams to support the adoption of cloud-native tooling, automated testing frameworks, and engineering workflow improvements.
  • Establish program dashboards, KPIs, and communication mechanisms to provide clear visibility to leadership and simplify collaboration with business owners, compliance, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Promote a culture of engineering excellence and accountability by mentoring teams on program execution, applying strategic thinking, and championing structure and adaptability.
