The Club at Kalea Bay is seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Part-Time/Seasonal Pro Shop Concierge to deliver an exceptional member experience within our premier Court Sports facilities. This position is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, luxury club environment while providing five-star customer service. As a key member of the Court Sports team, you will assist with daily Pro Shop operations, member engagement, event support, inventory management, and administrative functions, helping ensure every member and guest enjoys a world-class experience. Summary: As a member of the Court Sports team, provide continual five-star customer service to the members. Perform a variety of Pro Shop-related activities under the guidance of the Director of Court Sports and Pro Shop Manager. Operate in a team mentality to help others get all tasks complete in Court Sports.
Job Duties:
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Greet and welcome members, staff and guests to the Court Sports area with a positive attitude and a goal to help make their day better. Be courteous and treat all people with respect that visit Court Sports
  • Assist Pro Shop Manager and Operations Manager in organizing office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, invoice coding, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications such as JONAS software, reservation system (Kalea Bay App), or applications, including applicable POS functions and Microsoft programs.
  • Assist in recruiting prospective players and registration of players via email, telephone, or via the Kalea Bay App.
  • Answer phone calls/emails in a friendly and courteous manner and inform the Court Sports team of any issues or questions that may arise
  • Ensure the pro shop is clean and organized. Communicates with Director of Court Sports on any enhancements or maintenance requests.
  • Manages and replenishes the beverage stations outside of the pro shop, including flavored water, cups, dry and wet towels, and coolers.
  • Provides assistance to the Court Sports team to open and close the pro shop
  • Communicate with Court Sports staff on any projects that need to be completed and follow up with the Director of Court Sports
  • Promote upcoming Court Sports events to members and gather sign-ups
  • Manage Pro-Shop inventory, ordering inventory under the Director of Court Sports and Pro Shop Manager. Promotion of sales, merchandising, pricing, maintaining inventory, and items with the current pricing.
