Job description

STARTING PAY RATE: $22-25 per hour.
SHIFT HOURS: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
LOCATION: 265 Foster St, Littleton, MA 01460.

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
Responsible for overseeing daily inventory control activities within the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory records, efficient material flow, and compliance with internal controls and operational standards. This role coordinates storage and distribution activities, administers procedures for shipping, receiving, and material handling, and serves as the primary point of accountability for inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and continuous process improvement while supporting warehouse staff in inventory best practices.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
  • Lead cycle count programs (daily, weekly, monthly), investigate variances, and complete reconciliations
  • Perform and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in the warehouse using NetSuite ERP
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of received goods
  • Coordinate with receiving, shipping, production, and repair teams to ensure material availability and efficient material flow
  • Administer and enforce warehouse and inventory control procedures, including verification of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal controls, and operational standards within the warehouse
  • Monitor inventory-related KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory processes, workflow efficiency, and space utilization
 
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
  • Proven experience in inventory management, coordination of materials, and warehouse organization
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management principles, and space optimization
  • Proficiency with barcode scanners and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • This position requires safe operation of a forklift; experience is preferred.
