Position Summary: Working with Inventory Control Manager and W&D/Corporate/SAP team to develop, monitor and implement SAP inventory reconciliation to maintain extremely high levels of system inventory accuracy to include: SAP segmentation updates and monitoring, inventory transaction review and processing, inventory reporting and other tasks associated with the role.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
1. Reconcile WM & SAP inventory variances, to include segmentation mismatches & PIX transaction research.
2. Perform WM/SAP segmentation transactions and requested adjustments to balance the inventory systems.
3. Gather WM/SAP discrepancy information and assist in reviewing data and/or drafting emails to external partners for corrective processing.
4. Generate SAP reports and updates daily for corporate team to review and/or process
5. Assist with normal IC clerical functions such as inventory reports and COSTCO label distribution (as needed).
6. Provide analytics to internal partners so as to increase awareness of the reconciliation function.
7. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and flexibility

Resourcefulness/Creativity: Using WMS & SAP tools, analyze reconciliation progress and identify trends.
Environment: Will spend majority of time working on the PC with both WM & SAP.
Qualifications & Experience: 3-5 Years of experience with inventory-related systems (such as WMS and SAP), reports and procedures in an automated environment. SAP experience is extremely useful in this role.
Education: HS diploma
Skills: Very strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required. Strong math and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.
