At The Bullock Insurance Agency Incorporated, we provide our team with the tools, technology, and lead sources needed to succeed. This is not a "find your own customers" position. We invest heavily in generating opportunities so you can spend more time doing what you do best—selling insurance and helping customers protect what matters most.
What You'll Do
  •  Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products 
  •  Follow up on internet leads and inbound quote requests 
  •  Contact previous customers and win-back opportunities 
  •  Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers 
  •  Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities 
  •  Build relationships with customers through exceptional service 
  •  Meet or exceed monthly sales goals 
  •  Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM 
  •  Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

  •  Self-motivated and goal-oriented 
  •  Organized with strong time-management skills 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Basic computer proficiency
