The SIOP Manageris responsible forbuilding a world-class, data-driven Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process by integrating direct demand signals from key customers and strategic distributors into the ERP planning system. Reporting to the Supply Chain leadership, this role serves as the business owner for the SIOP process and the Infor LN SIOP module implementation.

Unlike a traditional demandplanner focused on forecasting internally, this role willestablishcollaborative planning with customers, measure forecast accuracy and create a closed-loop continuous improvement process that increases visibility, inventory productivity, and service levels.

Theobjectiveis to transform planning from internally generated forecasts into a collaborative, technology-enabled process supported by ERP automation and real-time demand intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and continuousimprovement of the Infor LN SIOP module.

  • Develop andmaintainthe monthly SIOP process across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

  • Establish direct demand planning collaboration with key customers and top distributors.

  • Collect,validate, and integrate customer demand signals into the ERP planning system.

  • Create a formal closed-loop process that measures forecast accuracy bycustomeranddistributorand provides regular feedback to improve future planning.

  • Develop dashboards and KPIs tomonitorforecast accuracy, bias, inventory impact, and service performance.

  • Partner with IT and ERP teams to implement enhancements, automation, and system improvements.

  • Standardize planning assumptions, master data governance, and planning parameters.

  • Identifygaps between customer forecasts and actual demand and drive corrective actions.

  • Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings, including but not limited to Executive SIOPmeeting, by presenting demand trends, risks, and recommended actions.

  • Support inventory optimizationby improving forecast quality and planning discipline.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and IT to improve planning capabilities.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and reduce manual work.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of SIOP, demand planning, and supply chain processes.

  • Experience implementing or administering ERP planning modules (Infor LN preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable).

  • Advancedanalytical and statistical forecasting capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning and replenishment principles.

  • Experience building dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements with IT teams.

  • Understanding ofdata integration and automated planning workflows.

Leadership Competencies

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Integrated Business Planning.

  • Experience implementing ERP planning modules or planning systems.

  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.

  • Experience collaborating directly with large customers or distributors on demand planning.

Pay Range:

94,400.00 - 141,600.00
