TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, 44124!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Mayfield Heights, OH | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekend availability required (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
  • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competency requirements prior to and during contract
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
  • Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
  • Active AHA BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
  • Active AHA ACLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
  • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
  • Must be available to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday — no other weekend combinations will be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience within a single Med/Surg Telemetry location preferred, though combined experience across locations will be considered
  • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment tools
