Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? If so, we are looking for a talented Director of Sales to join our team at SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem, NC. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key accounts
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
