Adecco is seeking motivated Grinding Operators to join a leading medical device manufacturing facility in Wheeling, IL. What You Will Do:

  • Operate and maintain department grinding machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Machine Setup (MS), Manufacturing Procedures (MP), specifications, engineering drawings, and special instructions.

  • Ensure high-quality production aligning with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 standards, supporting the manufacture of medical devices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

  • Perform quality checks and make occasional decisions to maintain product integrity.

  • Flexibly work across different department areas and learn new tasks to support team needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

  • Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and GDP is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.

  • Flexible to work in different shifts and departments.

Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.50 per hour
