Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will work directly with organizations to help them transform strategic intelligence into practical action. Reporting to the Senior Director of Advisory Services, you will guide clients through assessments, workshops, tabletop exercises, and strategic engagements that strengthen their economic security programs and accelerate the adoption of Strider's intelligence platform.

This role combines strategic consulting, facilitation, and relationship management. You'll become a trusted advisor to security, intelligence, legal, and executive leaders while partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure clients realize measurable value from Strider's solutions.

Key Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in counterintelligence, insider risk, national security, intelligence analysis, consulting, security operations, or a related advisory role.
  • Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements or professional services projects.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading executive briefings, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Experience conducting organizational assessments and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with economic security, insider risk, counterintelligence, or enterprise security programs.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as DCSA, NITTF, or similar domestic or international security standards.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or technology implementations.
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience facilitating tabletop exercises or executive simulations.
Description

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients throughout their journey with Strider, helping them operationalize strategic intelligence and strengthen their security programs.

Client Advisory

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their objectives, challenges, and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct assessments of client economic security and risk management programs using established advisory methodologies.
  • Develop practical recommendations that help clients mature their programs and integrate Strider intelligence into daily operations.
  • Lead collaborative workshops that enable clients to operationalize Strider data and improve organizational resilience.

Training & Facilitation

  • Facilitate executive and operational tabletop exercises focused on geopolitical risk, insider risk, and organizational response.
  • Deliver threat briefings, training sessions, and playbook development workshops tailored to client needs.
  • Adapt workshop content and delivery to support organizations at varying levels of program maturity.

Customer Success

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients achieve successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through additional advisory services and strategic guidance.
  • Support client retention by delivering consistent value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales during strategic customer engagements, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and program maturity assessments.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering by sharing customer insights that influence future platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of Strider's advisory methodologies, workshop content, and best practices.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent Strider at customer events, workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Deliver presentations on economic security, geopolitical risk, and strategic intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development of new advisory offerings, templates, and scalable client engagement models.
