Team: Finance

Supply Wisdom is the industry pioneer in real-time, continuous risk intelligence, helping global enterprises proactively manage third-party and location risk. Our AI-powered SaaS platform delivers always-on monitoring across critical domains including cyber, financial, operational, ESG, compliance, and geopolitical risk. By providing early risk signals and contextual insights, we empower clients to reduce risk exposure, avoid disruptions, lower costs, and drive faster decision-making.

Supply Wisdom serves some of the world's most risk-mature organizations: Fortune 100 and Global 2000 leaders in banking, insurance, healthcare, and technology. We are a values-driven team guided by integrity, transparency, vigilance, diversity, and competitiveness, with one mission: advance our platform into the mission-critical system for enterprise resilience.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead Supply Wisdom's day-to-day finance function, with primary ownership of financial operations, accounting, forecasting, and strategic decision support for the executive team and board. The ideal candidate will be someone looking to build out the finance function for a high growth organization. They should be open to exploring new technologies and processes and given a good deal of latitude to execute on their vision for the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the FP&A :
annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling that inform company strategy and board decisions.
  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic decisions - growth investments, pricing, headcount, and resource allocation - backed by financial analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models (revenue, headcount, cash flow) to support fundraising, board presentations, and investor reporting.
  • Own management reporting: monthly and quarterly financial packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Oversee the accounting function - revenue recognition (including ASC 606), accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close - to ensure accurate, timely, GAAP-compliant financials.
  • Monitor departmental and company-wide budgets, flag discrepancies, and recommend corrective action.
  • Advise on contract structuring and deal economics as they relate to revenue and expense recognition.
  • Lead the annual audit with external auditors and ensure timely statutory, tax, and regulatory filings across all jurisdictions.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting and financial operations across Supply Wisdom's national entities (India, US, and Ireland).
  • Build, mentor, and scale a finance team as the company grows.

What Sets You Apart

  • A track record of building or scaling the finance function at a fast-growing, multi-entity, venture-backed SaaS business.
  • Proficiency with excel and experience or willingness to learn building agentic workflows and automations.
  • Experience owning the accuracy of financial data and its translation into strategic recommendations for executive teams and boards.
  • Experience with intercompany operations and distributed teams across multiple countries (India, US, and UK preferred)
owning transfer pricing, tax and statutory requirements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience within B2B SaaS
