The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading product development and commercialization initiatives, with a strong focus on executing pilot deployments at customer sites to secure references and accelerate market adoption.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing and is part of the Energy+ Business Unit in Pall Corporation.Pall Energy+ is a global leader supplying filtration, purification, and separation solutions to leading corporations worldwide in a variety of industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Polymers, and Industrial Manufacturing. This role will be fully remote. There is a preference for candidates who can work on-site in Deland, FL or Cortland, NY.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and within budget.

  • Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.

  • Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Prefer 5+ years of project/program management experience, including preference for 5+ years leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-gate environment

  • Proven success managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2 years+)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites within North America or to international locations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Metal AM technologies (e.g., Binder Jetting, Laser Powder Bed Fusion)

  • Managing government-funded projects

  • Influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
