About Valuation, Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support

Our valuation, forensic and litigation support services team is recognized as one of the most respected and renowned in the industry. Drawing upon our expertise in accounting, audit, and tax, we can help clients tackle the business and financial risks associated with disputes and fraud and create effective and efficient solutions to a wide range of dispute resolution matters.


About the Director Role

Directors provide strategic leadership to align departmental strategies with organizational goals. They lead in resolving complex challenges, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and promote talent development. Directors also focus on future concepts, products, or technologies, influencing the company's overall strategy and guiding teams towards common goals.


This role will perform business valuations, testimonies, forensics accounting, financial analyses, document review and industry research. Some travel may be required for work assignments.


In this role, you will:

Manage a portfolio of complex and high-profile client engagements.

Lead a team of professionals, including managers, senior managers, and analysts.

Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to align departmental goals with firm-wide initiatives.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex valuation and forensic engagements.

Represent the firm at industry associations, conferences, and client meetings to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility.


To be successful in this role, you will bring with you:

8+ years of fraud, forensic accounting & litigation support experience

Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, CFE, ABV, CVA, MAFF

Experience directing and deploying engagement teams on multiple simultaneous engagements

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting research and information

Strong skills in business valuation and litigation support, reporting and analysis

A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships
