ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)
At Key Wealth Management, we strive for excellence and expect our investment management capabilities to reflect our high standards. The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for working with and assisting members of the Fixed Income Portfolio Management Team S/he will also contribute to broader thought leadership initiatives.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assists the Fixed Income Portfolio Management team in the implementation of internally managed fixed income strategies.

  • Assist the Fixed Income Portfolio Management team with monthly reporting.

  • Produces thought leadership materials (once per year) to Key Wealth colleagues and forms meaningful relationships with Key advisors and clients through conducting routine client portfolio updates, reviews, and commentary. Should be proficient in discussing internally managed strategies.

  • Responsible for building solid relationships and trust with other members of the Portfolio Management Team, Portfolio Strategists in the field, and members of the broker-dealers.

  • Operates with a continuous improvement and open mindset.

  • Develop sell-side broker relationships to enhance market knowledge and information flow.

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and conduct business with the utmost integrity.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of highly relevant investment management experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficient in various financial management software such as FactSet, Charles River, Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct.

  • Ability to work under pressure driven by market investment conditions.

  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
