The Director Finance Business Partner will provide essential financial oversight for our fastest-growing business. With approximately $400M in revenue, 700+ employees, and over 10% annual growth over the past three years, this position will work closely with the Vice President and General Manager of the business unit to continue driving and supporting its outstanding growth trajectory.

This role is part of the global financial planning and analysis team and will be based onsite at our New Port Richey, FL location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and Innovate: Provide finance leadership and partner with the head of the Aerospace business to identify and implement opportunities to grow business performance and meet customer needs.

  • Drive Strategic Planning: Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including profit planning, sales and direct margin forecasts, expense budgets, working capital and cash flow estimates, and sensitivity analysis.

  • Enhance Operational Insights: Lead the management and development of critical financial and operational metrics/dashboards, tools, and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and increase the insight into operational performance provided by the FBP team.

  • Analyze Market Trends: Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market dynamics.

  • Build a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and mentor a best-in-class finance organization of future leaders.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in field with 14+ years of experience OR Master's / Doctoral degree in field with 12+ years AND related experience includes 4+ years managing people

  • Experience deploying solutions to solve large, complex organizational problems

  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team

  • In-depth understanding of business finances and financial statements, including working capital and cash flow management

  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and experience leveraging technology to improve finance processes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A CPA and/or MBA are strongly preferred

  • Experience with manufacturing and operating in a large global organization

  • Experience with a global organization in a matrixed environment
