  • Present financial insights to ownership and corporate leadership to support sound operational decisions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
  • Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation, and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations.

After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following: Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability; Income Term Life and AD&D Insurance; Paid Time Off; Employee Assistance Program; 401k Retirement Plan.
