Company Overview

Founded in 1971, BNP Associates, Inc. is a full-service consulting and engineering firm specializing in airport and warehousing infrastructure projects worldwide. Over its 54+ years of operation, BNP has completed thousands of projects, from small terminal projects to the world’s largest mechanized material handling systems.

Job Description

As a Sr. Project Engineer/Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and BNP, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the full lifecycle of projects. You will work in a dynamic office and field environment, operating under the guidance of the Regional Director and other Senior members, and in close coordination with BNP’s global engineering teams.

Beyond project delivery, you will play an active role in building BNP’s presence across Oceania. Supporting business development, presenting to new and prospective contacts, and helping to establish BNP Associates as the premier baggage handling and cargo consultant in the region. You will also provide mentorship to junior staff as our local team grows.

Our offices are intended to be small, collaborative communities. No two projects are the same — the work is always fresh, challenging, and rewarding.

  • Collaborating with architects, designers, engineers, and trades across multidisciplinary project teams
  • Managing project budgets, programmes, and logistics including RFI responses and punch list resolution
  • Preparing project status reports, cost estimates, and technical studies
  • Conducting and reviewing system simulations and verifying compliance with project requirements
