OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of experience in digital creative operations, production, or related disciplines within e-commerce, in-house teams, or agency environments
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling digital creative workflows and leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners
