Overview:

Strategic Data Engineering Architect (Databricks / BI)

Seeking a visionary data leader to drive architecture, strategy, and execution for scalable data platforms. Must have deep Databricks expertise, strong BI/ETL background, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Architect and lead modern data solutions

  • Define best practices and reusable frameworks

  • Align data engineering with business goals

  • Collaborate across DevOps/MLOps/DataOps

Based on feedback from two interviews; our client is asking for more databricks architects, looking for more "solutioning experience". The resume attached (Gowthaman) has "set the bar" for what the customer wants. No one "less than" this CV will be interviewed. (Have 2 sample resumes ask if needed)

  • We need updated / submitted resumes to be more concise. There are typically a lot of bullets right now and we need them all summarized more to focus on the areas that are relevant to the role (6 to 8 bullet points MAX each project. 3-4 pages max).
