    • Ensure regulatory compliance, trusted data assets, and consistent definitions across the enterprise.

Critical Data Integration
    • Lead enterprise integration operations (HL7, FHIR, APIs, batch/streaming)
    • Support the development of new interfaces, facilitating electronic medical record (EMR) conversions, and ensuring seamless integration of critical applications across the organization.
    • Ensure secure, high-availability data flows across clinical, operational, and administrative systems.

Support for Mission-Critical Applications
    • Maintain reliable data services supporting EHR, ERP, clinical systems, reporting, and analytics.
    • Manage escalation and incident response for data issues affecting clinical or business operations.
    • Lead strategy and execution of Legacy Data Archival (LDA), ensuring accurate extraction, secure storage, retention compliance, and reliable long-term access to historical data.
