Description:

As part of the Corporate Environmental Programs team, the ideal candidate will have ability to manage and analyze data related to company environmental reporting; track progress toward established targets; and help ensure compliance with internal standards and programs.  The candidate will be responsible for the supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that support existing Abbott environmental programs and sustainability.

Qualifications:

•                     A technical undergraduate degree required, minimum bachelor’s degree (e.g. math, science, engineering). Preference for degree in environmental science, environmental management or environmental engineering

•                     Strong problem solving, data analytic, and database management skills

•                     Excellent attention to detail and communications skills, both written and oral

•                     Proficient in Microsoft (especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

•                     Work independently with oversight
