About the Role:

The Director role within the Field Alliances Operations team will be responsible for building and managing Field Alliances Operations theater team supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike Partner ecosystem and partnering with our Alliances leadership team.

This position requires an individual who can balance strategy with tactical execution and who thrives in an extremely dynamic, rapidly evolving, fast paced work environment, often working under tight deadlines with changing requirements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced field operations leader, capable of building and developing high performance teams in both hiring external and developing internal top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Business Partner for Theater leader - be the go to for the Theater leader, helping them manage their business and solve problems, partnering with the extended Alliances operations team.

  • Build out and manage a team to ensure day-to-day operational excellence of Crowdstrike Alliances team

  • Work proactively with Alliances leaders, align with their strategy and priorities

  • Lead territory planning, goal setting and quota assigning process for Theater

  • Being an expert on operational processes and advisor to Alliances leader(s) and their team(s)

  • Working cross-functionally with other Alliances ops teams and leveraging their experience

  • Understanding and interpreting of data and ability to prepare metrics and KPIs that are shared with management on a regular basis

  • Advising on process enhancements and liaising with the IT and capability team.

  • Participating in QBRs to ensure processes are aligned with the needs of the business and provide recommendations for the future state

  • Instituting best practices and scalable processes including data flow

  • Identifying opportunities to constantly improve and streamline processes, especially as the partnership model expands. Aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure positive user experience for our partners

  • Help to set up KPIs to help monitor and optimize sales and partner performance

  • Onboarding of new hires. Managing knowledge transfer and training materials

  • Ability to optimize and prioritize tasks and acting as a point for escalation within the theater region

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10 years People Management experience

  • 10 years of Field Sales OR Channel/Partner Operations experience

  • Proven experience in managing field territory models

  • Proven experience in leading a goaling/quota setting process

  • Possess the ability to establish strong partnerships and relationships and successfully work across organizational boundaries

  • Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and PowerBI (Tableau is a plus)

  • Curious mind and willingness to constantly improve experience for our partners and internal teams

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $155,000 - $240,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
